Ingredients: *indicates organic ingredient

*Brown rice flour, *sorghum, *gluten-free rolled oats, *potato starch, *gluten-free steel-cut oats, *tapioca starch, *cane sugar, xanthan gum, salt, instant yeast, baking soda

Instructions: 

Watch a video tutorial or

  1. Cut a piece of parchment paper to the size of the included white baking bag 
  2. Preheat your oven to 425
  3. Pour the dry mix into a bowl. Add 250ml (or 1 1/4 cups) warm water and stir until well combined 
  4. Rest for 5 minutes
  5. Stir vigorously for 30 seconds to 1 minute 
  6. Turn the dough out onto your prepared parchment
  7. Using a wet spatula, shape the dough and smooth it out
  8. Slide the parchment into the bag, being careful not to let the dough stick to the sides of the bag
  9. Fold the bag closed and let the dough proof for 35-50 minutes. Dough has proofed when it’s jiggly and has cracks on the surface
  10. Put the closed bag on a baking tray and bake for 1 hr and 10 min
  11. Let it cool completely before enjoying
