Ingredients: *indicates organic ingredient
*Brown rice flour, *sorghum, *gluten-free rolled oats, *potato starch, *gluten-free steel-cut oats, *tapioca starch, *cane sugar, xanthan gum, salt, instant yeast, baking soda
Instructions:
- Cut a piece of parchment paper to the size of the included white baking bag
- Preheat your oven to 425
- Pour the dry mix into a bowl. Add 250ml (or 1 1/4 cups) warm water and stir until well combined
- Rest for 5 minutes
- Stir vigorously for 30 seconds to 1 minute

Turn the dough out onto your prepared parchment
- Using a wet spatula, shape the dough and smooth it out
- Slide the parchment into the bag, being careful not to let the dough stick to the sides of the bag
- Fold the bag closed and let the dough proof for 35-50 minutes. Dough has proofed when it’s jiggly and has cracks on the surface
- Put the closed bag on a baking tray and bake for 1 hr and 10 min
- Let it cool completely before enjoying
