Our Story

As gluten-sensitive foodies, we know the struggle of finding delicious gluten-free bread. That changed when we discovered the recipes of Charles Luce—a pioneer in gluten-free baking. Named in his honor, Luce’s Bakehouse crafts gluten-free bread with the finest ingredients in our dedicated gluten-free facility in Bend, Oregon.
